All prices on this website are in CAD dollars. Your transaction will be processed in Canadian dollars. You can use our website to purchase through our online cart. The Farm Girl Artist accepts Visa and Mastercard orders online or money orders through the mail.

You can conveniently shop online using our credit card system provided by Moneris 24 hours a day or you can send a money order to The Farm Girl Artist for the purchase of your product.

To shop online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, simply enter all of your information using the cart and checkout tabs on this site. All of your information is secured via a secure server.

Shipping
Shipping for Canadian (Domestic) Orders
Domestic orders for in-stock products are processed within 72 hours. THe Farm Girl Artist will ship your purchase via Federal Express, UPS, or Canada post within 14 days of placing your order. Shipping periods will vary depending on location.
Shipping for US (International) Orders
All international orders will be shipped using the most cost effective method. The shipping fee for international orders does not include additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. An estimate for these additional fees will be emailed to the “Bill To” contact within 48 hours. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns or Exchanges are accepted for a full refund within 30 days of receipt with the exceptions of Art Classes, which are non-refundable once taken, but may be refunded before they are attended by the participant. Please ensure that all Returns and Exchanges are in the original packaging and in original quality. In a Return or Exchange situation, the customer must pay all shipping costs. All clearance sales are final sales, with no return, refunds, or credits.

How do I track my order?
When we ship your order, we will email the tracking number to you to indicate that the order has been shipped. FedEx packages can be tracked at www.fedex.com and UPS packages can be tracked at www.ups.com.
